BOSTON, Massachusetts – LEGACY Global Sports (LGS) today announced the hiring of Philip Silveira as Chief Financial Officer. In this role Silveira will oversee all accounting and financial strategy, planning and operations for the organization. Silveira assumed his role on December 16, 2019.
“I’m excited to be joining this organization at such a transformative time,” said Silveira. “Having played sports growing up I know the importance they have in shaping leadership skills and building character; and LGS is committed to providing the best experience for our participants on and off the field.”
A Massachusetts native, Silveira earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
